Given that the System is isolated implies no Work is Done in the System or By the System: W=0; It is Given that Int Energy =0.
Q=0.
For the Definition of Entropy:
S= Q/T; Heat / Temperature……… 0/T=0
Therefore there is no Entropy Change in an isolated System where the internal Energy= 0.
