Abbe Emmanuel Joseph Sieyes wrote the influential pamphlet “What is the third estate”. “What is the third estate” was a political pamphlet which was written in the year of January 1798, it was shortly before the period of “outbreak of the French Revolution”. In this pamphlet he argued that people of the third estate established this nation so they all no need any dead weight. The people of the third estate wanted a genuine leader who can equally represent them.
