=)=) Inertial frame of reference =)=) A reference frame in which an object remains either at rest or at a constant velocity unless another force acts upon it. Basically they follow Newton's First law of motion. Ex: A person inside a stationary car. ## Non-inertial frame of reference ## A non-inertial frame is an frame where some external force works upon it. Ex: An accelerating car pushes us back into the seat.
