Belgium is a federal form of govn where there is a mutually accepted power sharing arrangement .Sri lanka is unitary from of government which ignored the interests of minority tamils.further in sri lanka the state govn was subordinate to centre but this is not so in belgium.Belgium also had a community govn but sei lanka didnt have it
