1 they are small and scatter unit and largely out of control government. 2 they do not follow rules and regulations 3 workers can ask to leave any time during low work and do not get other facilities.

1.Organised sector is registered by government 2 they follow rules and regulations like factory act, minimum wage act etc. 3 clean working environment and paid holiday provedend funds etc.
