Which book is written by kashibaba

Kashi Baba, a mill owner from the city of kanpur, U.P wrote 'Chote aur Bade ke Sawal' (The Question of Big and Small people). He wrote it to show the links between the caste and class exploitation. The book was published in 1938.

In the book the Shoshak Chand is introduced as Bade who is a wealthy, high caste and exploiter and Dalit Ram is introduced as Chote, a poor, exploited and lower caste.
