If we lose electrons from any body then, can we measure any difference in mass of the body as electrons are lost. And we have learnt that matter is made up of fundamental particles So, is it possible or not?

It increase in mass.Because charge can't occur without mass ex proton ,electron but mass occur without charge ex neutron.

but that loss of mass is very negligible and till now there is no device or machine made by anyone to measure that negligible mass .
