Initially we will convert the diameters of both the circles with centre A and B into their radius . And the we will go acc to ques in the ques it is given that the areas of circles with centre A and B is equal to the area to circle with centre C. So we will put the area of circle with centre C equal to the sum of areas of circles with centre A and B. 2πr1^2 + 2πr2^2 = 2πR^2 In lhs 2π is common so will take it common and it will be get cancelled with the 2π in rhs. As you will proceed you will get the radius of circle with centre C. Now we can find the circumference of cirlce with centre C. I hope my ans is correct.
