Yes it is true but not totally correct all people have equal rights to visit in a shop who is expensive if a person have no money and it went into the shop so no one can force him or her to buy things Examples are following Sujata has no plans for shopping but they went a shop and see some things Sometime a person of low income is not allow to go in shop
