Let radius of sphere is 100 unit
now volume of sphere ={tex}4/3pi.(r)^3{/tex}
volume of sphere=4/3 π(100)3
=4/3 π1000000 cubic unit
a/c radius increased by 10%
so , new radius =100+100x10/100=110unit
hence volume of new sphere=4/3 π(110)3=4/3 π1331000cubic unit
difference their volume=4/3 π331000cubic unit
percentage increase=volume difference/volume of sphere
=(4/3 π331000/4/3 π.1000000)x100
=33.1%
