Sit on the edge of chair with one leg on the foot and one leg flexed and reach to the toes of flexed leg with hands and measure the gap between toe and finger nearest 1 and 1/2 metre and if your finger touch the toes of legs it means Score is zero

Firstly an individual has to put a chair with touching the wall for safety and he she hat to sit on the chair with one leg straight and touch the toe 10 to 15 time and repeat the process
