Self confidence develop regular exercise can lead to better fitness that develops to self confidence for example increase in strength often develop self confidence. 3.) Prevents cognitive decline Alzheimer is a disease which occurs due to degeneration of brain due to increased age exercise and a healthy diet can help the brain against cognitive decline that begins after the age of 45.
