Four pitfall of dieting 1. Not getting enough amount of calories which are required by our body for normal functioning 2. Skipping meal cause more hunger thus increases the weigh rather than decreasing it 3. Deficiency of some nutrients like carbohydrates, protein etc occur in our body 4 Consume labeled food like fat free ,no sugar in large amounts but there calorie is same or slightly less than normal foods, so it also increases weight

(1) SKIPPING MEALS- if you skip meals the next time you will consume more calories. (2) RESTRICTING SOME NUTRIENTS- if you don't take all nutrients in required amounts then the proper functioning of body will the disturbed. (3) INTAKE OF CALORIES THROUGH BEVERAGES- some beverages contain more calories than normal food items.
