Macronutrients :these are needed in large quantity ex. Carbohydrates, fats, proteins. Micronutrients: these are needed in less quantity ex. Minerals and vitamins. Calcium, phosphorus, potassium, copper, zinc are minerals.

macronutrients:- these are the nutrients that our body needs in large quantity example calcium, phosphorus ,potassium and the micro nutrients are those nutrients that our body needs in low quantity example copper zinc ,iron.
