STYLE:

It is the elongated part of the female reproductive part.
It is the structure that attaches stigma with ovary.
The pollen tube has to pass through style in order to reach the ovary.

POLLEN TUBE:

It is not a part of female reproductive part but a special structure formed when pollen grain lands on stigma to transfer pollen grain to ovary.
It is a tube like structure formed due to release of chemicals.
These are the basic differences between style and pollen tube. See the attachment for reference.
