Seeding is given as an advantage or a 'setback' to stronger teams whereas bye is given when the number of teams are not in the power of 2 for proper setting of a match. Bye is a dummy team that participates in the second round direnctly, whereas.. special seeded or seeded teams participate in the semu finals or the quater finals.
