Upper is equal to n + 1 by 2 Lower half is equal to n - 1 by 2

Next to the power of 2 - no. of teams

Bye is calculated by subtracting the number of teams/players from its closest power of 2 Example -If the number of teams is 11 Byes =2×2×2×2=16 Difference=16-11=5 Then 5 byes are given.

Bye =Next power of 2-total no. of team. e.g.if total no.of team is 22 then, the bye is calculated as 32-22=10 bye
