About meiji education improvements

When Japan was going through a lot of changes in political sphere , social sphere and economic sphere in meiji restoration education system also passed through a massive Change. 1 A whole new system of education was developed in 1870s. Education for boys and girls was made compulsory. And till 19th century almost universal. 2 Initially Western style n ideological education was in Force but that was later put down n new system was inacted under which child was taught loyalty to nation and history of Japan. 3 the curriculum of education of exercised by minstry of education and implementation of books and the way of teaching by under direct control of Minstry and teachers training also handled by minstry. 4 Moral culture also taught to childrens and texts urge children to respect their parents , be loyal to the nation and become a responsible citizens of the country.
