WE have,

∠B - ∠D = 60^o (i)

Since, ABCD is a cyclic quadrilateral

Then,

∠B+ ∠D = 180^o (ii)

Adding (i) and (ii), we get

∠B - ∠D + ∠B + ∠D = 60^o + 180^o

2 ∠B = 240^o

∠B = 120^o

Put value of ∠B in (ii), we get

120^o + ∠D = 180^o

∠D = 60^o
