how to always time manage in your board exam for each section because every time I don't even have time to attend section a even if I attend I am not able to get the answers in the pressure of the time

During the 15 mins reading time, read the question paper prooerly so you will know which section is more easier and which questions you are confident with. So when you start writing start with whichever section you feel easier. Keep the difficult sections for the last and finish off with the ones you are confident with. Also, if uou are not getting the answer to a question, write whatsver you know but dont leave it blank so you MIGHT get marks for steps o something. Hope this helped :)
