Good ozone refers to the ozone layer which protects us from the harmful rays of the sunlight (UV Rays). Bad ozone refers to the fact that ozone molecule can be very poisonous to human life as it is a 3atom molecule of oxygen and it is very harmful if we inhale ozone.

The ozone layer present in the top layer of earth's atmosphere is the good ozone whereas the ozone formed by green house or air pollution is bad ozone.
