In evergreen forests, the trees are closely spaced. Thick canopies of these closely spaced trees do not allow sunlight to penetrate inside the forest even in day time so small trees cannot survive in evergreen forest. Examples of trees found in evergreen forests are rosewood, ebony, mahogany, etc.
