in physiosorption the molecules are bonded with weak vanderwaal forces so the increase in temperature leads to the breakage of bonds so physiosorption decrease with increase in temperature whereas in chemisorption there are chemical bonds so the energy gain by increase in temperature is first utilised in forming the bonds further increase in temperature,the kinetic energy increases nd molecules start leaving the surface so chemisorption first decrease nd then increase with increase in temperature
