Belgium is a country which has population half of th e haryana which is nearly 1 crore . In Belgium there were 59 per cent dutch speakers leave in flemish region while 40 percent french speakers. French speakers were more powerful but they were in minority in the country whereas in the capital of Belgium which is Brussels there were majority of French speakers (80) percent and Dutch speakers were 20 percent. So they compromised with each other in the country as well as in the capital by forming federal government
