They both are enzymes which is secreted by pancreas. Also we can say that they both pancreatic enzyme Lipase is attack on small simpler fat to make faty acid . Trypsin is a enzyme who work on protein to convert amino acid

Both are enzyme which is secreted by pancreas but Trypsin digest protein into amino acid and lipids digest fat into fatty acid
