f = 80/3

Now, by magnification formula,
-v/u = 60/-30
v = -2u .....(2) .
Now, put the value of equation (2) in (1),
-2u+u = 40
=> u = -40cm .
And, v = -2u => -2 × (-40) => 80cm...
