In systemic circulation , the blood flows through aorta from the left ventricle to different body parts where its oxygen is used and it becomes deoxygenated. Then it returns to right side of the heart through superior vena cava

In pulmonary circulation of blood , deoxygenated blood goes through pulmonary artery from right ventricle of the heart to the lungs and becomes oxygenated and comes through pulmonary vein to left auricle of the heart .
