From the trigonometric formulas,
As we know that, sin (90 + x) = cos x
Then as peer the given,
Sin ( 90 + 30) = cos 30
{tex}cos 30 = \frac{\sqrt3}{2}{/tex}
Therefore, the value of sin 120 degree is {tex}\frac{\sqrt3}{2}{/tex}.
