According to Indian constitution, Article 41 – “Right to work” mentioned in directive Principles state policy part. "Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act 2005" (MGNREGA) is a rural poverty alleviation programme for rural labours and to implement social security that guarantee the “right to work”. It provides 100 days guarantee employment per year in rural India. There is state duty to ensure that all citizens have the right to the sufficient means of livelihood.
