‘The Trees’ is a poem. It is usually a metaphor, which symbolizes the women. But we can also relate to the conflict raised between human and nature. Deforestation is the major devastating thing; we could ever do to our mother earth.
So, according to this poem, the decorated trees that are living in the domestic areas with human, decided to move to the forest to balance the deforestation caused by human beings. The roots got loosened; the branches are struggling to away from their place to forest.
