Let point be (x,0) because x-axis is given Then y=m1y2+m2y1/m1+m2 0=m1×3+m2×(-6)/m1+m2 0=3m1-6m2/m1+m2 0=3m1-6m2 3m1=6m2 m1/m2=6/3 m1/m2=2/1 Therefore,ratio is 2:1
