Chemical name for Na2CO3. 10H2O is Washing Soda ( Sodium carbonate decahydrate ) and for Na2CO3 is Sodium Carbonate.
10 H2O is the water of crystallisation which is attached with Na2CO3. This makes the salt look dry but it actually contains fixed number of water molecules present in one formula unit of a salt.
The term used is " Water of Crystallisation ".
