If a, b, c are sides of triangle then
s=(a+b+c)/2
Given:
s-a=4 cm
s-b=8 cm
s-c=12 cm
Adding these we get
s+s+s-a-b-c = 24
3s-(a+b+c) =24
3s-2s = 24
s = 24
Now,
s-a=4
24 - a =4
a = 24 - 4 = 20 cm
s-b=8
24 - b = 8
b = 24 - 8 = 16 cm
s - c = 12
24 - c = 12
c = 24 -12 = 12 cm
