Bholi or sulekha was often neglected because she stammered and was not strong and healthy enough as her other sisters moreover a part of her brain was damaged too. since childhood people called her bholi the simpleton she was neglected by her parents and all the people in the village. All her sisters were pretty except her as her face was completely disfigured.
