Feedback Mechanism :
♦ Timing and amount of hormones released by various glands is regulated by a mechanism called feedback mechanism.
♦ It is build up within our body.
For instance,
It is due to this mechanism, pancreases produce more insulin when blood glucose level rises. Insulin decreases glucose level.
Similarly, when blood glucose level falls than normal, pancreases produce more glucagon to increase glucose level in blood.
Thus, feedback mechanism is vital for proper functioning of our endocrine system.
