Simply through the blood. After release they enter into the blood through which they are cariied to different target organs.

Hormones are part of the endocrine or ductless gland system.
They are called ductless glands because their products (hormones) are not transported by tubes, but by the circulatory system.
A hormone often has a target organ in another place in the body, and impacts that place by going through the blood system rather than being directly connected via a tube to that target organ.
