1)Auxin promotes growth at shoot tips while gibberlin promotes growth at growing young parts . 2) auxin promotes apical dominance,gibverlin does not 3)Auxin mainly promotes growth of shoot and root (apical parts) while gibberlin promotes growth of fruits 4) auxin helps in phototropism while gibberlin doesn't 5)gibberlin helps in breaking dormency of seeds and buds

Auxin promote growth of Shoot segment ,It also promotes root formation. Gibberellin regulates growth of vegetative part of plant,Gibberellin does not promotes rooting
