    Because adding water to acid is a highly exothermic reaction which produces a large amount of heat which can be harmful and the solution can split out of the test tube.

    Because adding water in a test tube filled with acid will cause exothermic reaction which would produce a lot of heat which would be harmful

    Becoz adding water in acid is a highly exothermic reaction.When we add water in acid,it produces a lot of heat which may cause the apparatus tu blast and cause accidents
