Let the side of a cube = a cm
It is given that ,
Surface area of the cube = 1176 cm²
6a² = 1176
a² = 1176/6
a² = 196
a = √ 196
a = 14 cm
Therefore ,
Volume of the cube = a³
V = ( 14 cm )³
V = 2744 cm³
