Why work done in moving a charge in space from one point to another is zero? There must be some force acting on it to move the charge so why 0 work done????

Of course there is some work done by' you ' on the particle but no work done by you 'against' the electric field and thus electric potential energy is stored. And even in' presence of electric field' work will be done iff you make the particle move with constt. speed.
