Before mixing chlorobezene and bromobenzene they have van der waals attraction force between them in pure state . And after mixing them the attraction force is very nearly the same so no change in attraction force after mixing so an ideal solution is formed . But in acetone and chloroform mix. due to presence of H bonding in pure state and mere van der waals force in mix. state change in attractive force is noticed resulting in deviation from ideal nature.
