Pollen tube is present inside the stigma. Also pollen tube is not a part of the female reproductive system. It is a part of the pollen grain ( male reprodctive part ) and stigma is the female reproductive part. Pollen grain makes a pollen tube to reach the ovum present in the ovary for reproduction.
