Simply coming together and holding together federation.. Coming together...states come together and form a bigger group ...like United States of America ...all states United to form USA Holding together ....a country divides power within its units ...like India , Belgium etc .. First coming together federation ...USA Holding....France Do you understand what I'm saying?
