Is NO2 a Green house gas?

Nitrogen dioxide isn't a greenhouse gas , although they are important in the process of creation tropospheric ozone which is a greenhouse gas. So, we can say that it acts as an indirect greenhouse gases by producing tropospheric greenhouse gas.

Our atmosphere has 78% Nitrogen so we can not say its greenhouse gas but in some cases we can as disirderness of any thing is harmful...?
