Curd os more acidic than milk because when milk changes into curd, lactose (organic sugar) present in milk gets coverted into lactic acid due to the fermentation process and pH gets low.

This is because ph of milk is 6 and of curd is 4.5-5.5 so as ph decreases it because it becomes acidic this is because of lactic acid present in it
