According to me, the answer is Asking a Person To Violate Company's Rules Reason- If we consider 1st option, i.e biased performance appraisal, it is a work of management which falls under Staffing Process. If we consider 2nd, option, it does not seem like there is any link with control system. 3rd option seems the right answer as it can be done by employees and directly affect all the planning and other functions of management and destruct the control system. I assume that in the question, "you" is meant as an employee. Please mention the right answer if i am wrong.

The top officials of a country’s Government held a meeting in order to speed up the business growth. In the meeting it was decided that there was a need for granting several exemptions to the Business Units already established. Similiarly ,they felt that with a view to setting up new Business Units the young men needed to be encouraged.
