When power is taken from central and state government and given to local government ,is called decentralisation. And. Its features are 1( local govt. Get constitutional importance in democracy)2( the basic ideas of decentralisation is thatThere are a large number of problems And issues which are settled at a local level)3(and Representation of a woman may. increased with this role played by women in democracy became more stronger.

Jab kendra aur state government se saktiya le kar asthai srkar ko di jati hai toh usse decentralisation bola jata hai decentralisation means vikendrikaran.
