The answer is Oxygen. This is because of the small size of O. When O gains an electron, the electrons in its shells experience electron-electron repulsion, because of its small size and also due to the absence of d orbitals. While in S, it can gain an electron easily due to the presence of d orbitals. Thus, O releases less energy and than S after gaining an electron.
