there are three cropping patterns in india 1. rabi season - it is generally from oct to dec and harvested in jun to april eg wheat ,mustard , gram 2. kharif season - its generally from the beginning of monsoon from jun to sep eg paddy etc 3. zaid season - between rabi and kharif season. vegetables and fruits are grown
