As we know the theorem, ratio of the area of 2 similar traingles is equal to the square of the perimeter of corresponding similar traingles. Since , ratio of perimeter = 35/45 = 7/9 . So, ratio of areas of 2 traingles = (7/9)^2 = 49/81
